Sol Jones – Goalkeeper

Sol “The Cat” Jones is our goalkeeper and is agile and fearless as all good goalkeepers should be. He has a good pair of hands and commands his line and the box well.  He closes strikers down brilliantly and is one of the main reasons why our goals against total is so low.

Rhys Davies – Defender

Despite his size, Rhys is turning into the hard man defender of the team and is developing into a great player. Not many people get past Rhys and if they do, they soon find him chasing back and having another go. Quick off the mark and rock solid in defence. Many opposition forwards have the bruises to show from undersestimating Rhys.

Regan McNamara – Defender/Midfielder

Regan is quite versatile and can play either in defence or midfield. He is ruthless in the tackle and can also run with a ball well and look for the pass. He also has the ability to score goals as he gets into forward positions well. This tough tackling player is really starting to find his feet and learn his positioning on the pitch.

  

 Charlie Jordan – Defender/Midfielder

Another player who is happy in defence or midfield. Charlie is strong in the tackle and is strong in defence, chases down strikers well and is very versatile. Charlie plays in the area between the two penalty areas, but is capable of getting forward and scoring the odd goal. Has the uncanny knack of being in the right place at the right time.

Euan Barrow – Defender/Midfielder

Euan is a versatile player who can play in defence, midfield and also scores goals. His key attribute is his ability to run forever and he has a fantastic “engine” allowing him to be in the opposition penalty box and back in defence quickly. He sits mainly in the middle of midfield and supplies the passes to our wingers. 

Jack Cowan – Midfielder/Forward

Jack plays on the right of our midfield and has great speed, good ball control and uses the wing to the best of his ability. He is the main supply route down that side of the pitch for our forward line and scores many goals himself. Jack does a huge amount of work down that side of the pitch and chases back well helping out the defence.

Josh Hampson – Midfielder/Forward

Josh is that rare player that is a left winger who is actually left footed. He plays down the left side of our midfield and is not only great in attack, but also works just as hard in defence. He knows where the net is and is developing into a fine all round player.

Adam Stonehouse - Forward

Adam is our out and out striker and leads the front line of our attack. He is extremely quick off the mark and sloppy defenders often find him taking the ball off them and putting it in the back of the net. He has good close skills on the ball and always looks to bring others into the play.

Morgan Shadwick - Forward

Morgan is another of our strikers and has good awareness on the pitch, runs well and gets into good positions. A tall lad, who once he learns to use his weight and speed, will be a handful for any team.

Michael Fitzgerald – Midfielder

Michael is the youngster of the team, but is coping very well despite being one year younger than those he is playing against. He plays either on the right or middle of midfield, has excellent close ball skills and is probably one of the best passers of the ball in the team.

Ben Pinder – Midfielder/Forward

Ben is another midfielder who plays on the right side of midfield. He is not afraid of getting stuck in, tackles well and often breaks up opposition attacks. Ben is another player who is just finding his feet and as he develops, will be a very useful attacking player.
